Important: The End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this agreement") constitutes the legal agreement between you (an individual, enterprise, or other single entity) and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and associated companies (hereinafter referred to as Huawei) for the Huawei software accompanying this EULA. Installing and using the Huawei software constitutes acceptance of this agreement. By installing and using the software, you agree to be bound by this agreement. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you shall have no rights to install and use this software.

This agreement grants you permission to download, install and use the software. This agreement defines your rights and obligations to the software.

1. Intellectual Property Statement

The software is developed by Huawei or licensed by the software owner (hereinafter referred to as the licensor) to Huawei. The intellectual property of this software and the related information, including but not limited to text description and their combinations, icon, pattern, color, UI design, framework, related data, printed material, and electronic documents, are protected by copyright law, international copyright treaties, and other applicable intellectual property laws or treaties, and owned by Huawei and the licensor.

2. Software License

(1) All rights not expressly granted to you herein are reserved by Huawei and the licensor. If you seek any other rights not expressly granted to you, you shall obtain the written consent of Huawei.

(2) If you use a third-party application service through this software, you shall sign a service agreement with the third party.

(3) Huawei grants you the right to download, install, and use the software on a Huawei mobile phone. This agreement is limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and non-exclusive.

(4) You may only download, install, and use one copy of the software on one Huawei mobile phone.

3. User Account Registration

(1) You shall promise to register an account using your real identity, guarantee the legality, integrity, and validity of personal information, and bear the legal responsibilities for the provided information.

(2) After registration, if you wish to modify personal information, Huawei shall provide an efficient service for you to modify the information. However, for security and identification purposes, you shall not modify the initial registration information and other verification information.

4. Account Usage and Safekeeping

(1) Huawei has the right to authenticate the identity information provided by you for registration, and protect user accounts by proper measures, such as by encrypting storage and transmission. You shall keep your account and password safe and use them appropriately. If either party fails to fulfill its aforementioned obligation and thus causes damages, the party shall bear the legal responsibility.

(2) You shall enjoy rights and bear responsibilities for the actions you take after logging in to your account.

(3) If you find that your account or password has been used by others or otherwise used improperly, you shall immediately notify Huawei and have the right to ask Huawei to take measures to suspend the login and use of your account.

(4) When Huawei receives your notification to suspend your account login and use, Huawei will ask you to provide your identity information.

(5) If the identification information is found to be consistent with the registration information, Huawei will take measures to suspend your account login and use.

(6) If Huawei breaches the first term and does not take timely actions to suspend your account login and use, Huawei will bear the legal responsibilities for your losses.

(7) If you do not provide the valid personal identification or the personal information that you provide is not consistent with the registration information, Huawei has the right to reject your request aforesaid.

(8) When you provide valid identification information to Huawei to protect your lawful rights and interest, Huawei will provide the account registrant proof and original registration information to you, and provide proof to administrative and judicial authorities as required.

5. Limitations

Using this software, you shall be subject to national laws, regulations, policies, and this agreement. You are not allowed to perform activities including but not limited to the following:

(1) Deleting any copyright statements, prompt messages of the software, or any other information.

(2) Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the software.

(3) Using, copying, modifying, renting, or transferring the software or any part of it, beyond the terms specified in this agreement.

(4) Providing the third party the software, and allowing them to use the software for commercial or other purposes.

(5) Using, copying, modifying, linking, forwarding, assembling, publishing, setting up mirror and forwarding sites for the images and text found in the software or using the software to develop related derivative products, works and services.

(6) Storing, posting, or transmitting software content that disobey national laws, regulations, and policies.

(7) Storing, publishing, or transmitting content that infringes on an entity's intellectual property, business secret, or other legal rights.

(8) Participating in behavior that threatens network security.

6. Service Suspension and Termination

(1) If you publish illegal content, damage social ethics, or violate laws and regulations, Huawei has the right to terminate the service.

(2) If you violate the terms and conditions of this agreement or other agreements and policies of Huawei when you are receiving services from Huawei, Huawei has the right to terminate the service.

(3) If you provide false registered identification information or breach the terms of this agreement, Huawei has the right to suspend all or a part of services for a reasonable period of time. When Huawei suspends service to you, Huawei shall notify you about the suspension period. After the suspension period, Huawei will resume providing the service to you.

(4) If Huawei suspends or terminates all or a part of services to you based on any of the preceding terms, Huawei shall undertake the burden of proof.

7. Technical Support

Huawei and the licensor do not provide any technical support services for the software under this agreement.

8. Version Upgrade

If the software is upgraded with Huawei's consent, this agreement still applies to the upgraded software, unless there is a new software agreement applicable to the newly upgraded software. If the software is an upgraded version, you must comply with this agreement.

9. Legal Responsibility

(1) You agree that the risks of using this software are to be borne by you alone.

(2) You accept that using this software involves various security risks, for example, someone else using your information and causing real-life problems. You have considered that the software may contract viruses like Trojan that threaten your privacy and data security, affecting normal use of the software. You shall enhance the security awareness of information and information resources, and take note to strengthen your password so as to avoid losses and other problems.

(3) The software is provided without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. Huawei and the licensor provide no warranties of non-infringement of the rights of the third party.

(4) To the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws, Huawei does not take any responsibility for the direct, indirect, unexpected, special, or punitive damages (including but not limited to personal or property damage, money loss or any other loss, business interruption, damages due to privacy disclosure caused by a breach of legal obligations, or damages resulting from negligence), even if Huawei and the licensor have been informed of the possibility of the damages occurring. The liability of Huawei and the licensor is limited to the amount you paid for the software. The terms are effective in all circumstances.

(5) Any unauthorized derivative software of this software is illegal. Downloading, installing, and using such software may cause unpredictable risks. You are advised not to download, install, and use unauthorized derivative software. Losses, damages, and legal liability and disputes caused by the aforementioned behavior shall be handled by you and not involve Huawei in any way.

(6) If you break the law or breach the terms of this agreement, you shall bear all responsibilities. If Huawei incurs losses as a result, Huawei reserves the right to claim compensation from you.

10. Right Termination

Huawei or the licensor have the right to terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you shall immediately stop using this software and remove all copies of the software as well as related information.

11. Cyber Security and Privacy Protection

Based on the basic principle of personal information protection, Huawei is committed to taking proper measures to protect your personal information. Unless otherwise required by laws and regulations, without prior permission from you, Huawei shall not disclose the personal information of users to a third party. Huawei adopts the encrypted storage and transmission of the related information to guarantee the security of the personal information of users.

During the registration and use of this service, you shall provide necessary information, such as phone number and email address. If national laws and regulations specify a real identity information requirement, you shall provide such information. If the provided information is incomplete, the service may be unavailable or restricted.

Huawei is committed to protecting your personal information by means of technologies and programs, and to establish and perfect the management principle to prevent unauthorized visits, use, and disclosure.

Without your prior permission, Huawei shall not disclose your personal information to other enterprises, single entities, or individuals, except in the following situations:

(1) You or your guardians have authorized Huawei to disclose the information.

(2) The related laws and regulations require Huawei to disclose the information.

(3) The administrative or judicial authorities require Huawei to provide the information.

(4) Huawei initiates litigation or applies for arbitration against Party B to its appropriate rights and interests.

12. Additional Terms

(1) Any invalid terms herein shall not affect terms.

(2) Laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China are the governing law for the interpretation of, validity of, and settlement of disputes arising from this agreement. Any dispute pertaining to this agreement shall be resolved by both parties through friendly negotiations. If no settlement is reached, you agree to submit the dispute to Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for arbitration. The arbitration is final and shall be binding upon both parties. All arbitration fees shall be borne by the losing party.

(3) For any questions about the software, contact the Huawei customer service hotline.

To improve the stability of products and services (including Tech Support, Huawei Enterprise Technical Support), Huawei will collect error messages and technical data of your product. Please grant permission to Huawei to collect and analyze the following information:

1. Device information such as smartphone OS, language, terminal type, and terminal ID.

2. Client information such as client version.

3. Application information such as application error information.

If you do not want the aforementioned information being collected and analyzed by Huawei, do not continue and exit the program.

Using this app involves Internet access and may generate data usage fees charged by your service provider. For details, contact your service provider.
